Floor tile through walls but not door spots

Floor paver's can be extended through walls to the next room which is great allows more floor to be covered.
But the spot where the door is in the Shogun 5 story city is blocked.

See picture to left you can see a floor through the wall and in front of me the red out of a none place-able spot.
can this be adjusted to work too?

 

Here's another pic it's the door itself that needs its bottom edge to be able to pass through.

By moving the door back and forth you can almost cover the area.
