    Title: Flower Wand Emote - the bouquet drops back into my hand then vaporizes
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: the wand turns into a flower bouquet, then the avatar throws the bouquet in the air. The bouquet is supposed to vaporize in the air, but it drops back down into the avatars hand, then vaporizes. GoldenFlowerWand works correctly.
    Steps to Reproduce: do emote
