Focus Mastery rate bugged

    Honestly, at lvl 96, I should have about a 120% focus mastery and not "96'3% Focus Mastery" (Which is really 96,25%). This is a bug when the lvl 1 of that skill is 1'25% of Focus Mastery, but the other lvls are giving it +1% of Focus Mastery instead of +1'25%, which should be applied in every Mastery Skill. Which means, at level 80, you have about 80'3% (80'25%) of Focus Mastery, but not 100% of Focus Mastery.
