    Title: Fog/mist still broken.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No.
    Details: Fog/mist is too opaque and looks bad.
    Steps to Reproduce: Please see the video below (I think it's from R31 but it hasn't changed).
    User Specs:
    OS: Linux 4.4 Ubuntu 16.04 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4720HQ CPU @ 2.60GHz (8) System RAM: 15970
    GPU: GeForce GTX 970M/PCIe/SSE2 GPU RAM: 1024
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Linux.64.386.Date.08.22.16
    Area: OwlsHead
