    @Sannio -- Not quite a bug per se, but the Follow Samael Escort quest in Highvale still needs some work. Check out http://www.twitch.tv/videos/479865560, from 02:14:05 to 02:19:40. (Or earlier for the laughs, but I assume none of the devs have time to watch six-hour streams.)
