"Fountain" fireworks are all duds

    Title: "Fountain" fireworks are all duds
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker?
    Details: When using one of the "Fountain" fireworks (Blue, Green, Red, White, or Yellow), a colored cone appears, and does nothing before disappearing 30 seconds later
    Steps to Reproduce: Use one of that type of fireworks and watch the cone do nothing.
