FPS Limiter?

    Hi,
    i wanted to "limit" my FPS for SOTA to 60.
    I have tried using Nvidia Inspector with the global profile, doesnt work for me. SOTA doesnt have a profile in it.
    Using VSync in Nvidia Controlpanel also doesnt seem to have any effect.
    I am using a little Reshade Preset that shows current FPS and it spikes to multiple hundreds here and there. That is the stat used.
    Any idea how to do it? Or is the Reshade stat wrong by any chance?
