Free draw EQ glyph doesn't trigger GCD

    Title: Free draw EQ glyph doesn't trigger GCD
    Reproduction Rate:75%?Seems to never happen on the first EQ cast in battle, but subsequent EQ's cast do have this
    Blocker? No
    Details: Any free draw Earthquake glyph doesn't trigger the GCD, so I can spam other spells while it is casting.
    Steps to Reproduce: Hard to tell - I logged on to another persons account and couln't replicate it, so I don't know to be honest.
