Title: Free Sir Patrick Quest and Quest Reset
Reproduction Rate: Cant Reproduce due to state changes in questline

Details:
First Diego Mas has completed the questline previously and did a quest reset at launch.
The Free Sir Patrick quest is issues and the entered the Kobold expeditionary camp, no blue highlights were on the camp. The Kobolds attacked as in a normal scene and after fighting the way up into the camp the cage was not in place. The scene instance indicated private. After researching forums (I had entered solo in the Open Mode) I decided to set to party mode. When entering the camp the second time in party mode the 'solo' instance was set.
First problem to resolve: either get the system to automatically enter the solo instance if not in a party and the quest is active, Or Update the quest dialog to instruct a user to switch to party mode as a single user (breaking immersion).
Next: Talked to the Kobold commander and he said Sir Patrick is free to go. No challenge had to be completed.
Second problem: The flag that the Kobold challenge completion needs to be reset with the quest resets.

Note: this part of the questline offered no gold or XP Reward.
