Freeze/Hiccup

    Details: When farming around killing skellies, in Deep ravenswood I still have random freezes and hiccups.
    This is the same story as on our R54 production client. I still think it has to do with the internal messages and queuing system. Most of the time when Incomming/Outgoing and or synced messages appear in the log. The game freezes. GPU drops instantly.

    Steps to Reproduce: Run around and kill everything at location.
