Fresh quest reset, Grand Tour Owls head compass not clearing.

    Details: After completing the owls head grand tour portion of the quest it still
    shows on the compass and on the npc as a quest he has for me.
    It does check it off though in the quest log.

    Steps to Reproduce: Talk to the grand tour automaton. Compass marker doesn't clear.
