Front Clasp Cloak shoulders

    Title: Front Clasp Cloak shoulders issues
    Reproduction Rate: 99%

    Details: Front Clasp Cloak doesn't sit on most armor, it sits inside it. Pictured is Epic Leather Chest Quarter armor, but does the same with most things I tried. Looks alright on the Men's Swimsuit and the Rusty Plate. I tried other plate and it sits way above the shoulders in the air. Most armor, the shoulders are inside the armor instead of on the shoulders.
    Steps to Reproduce: Put on Front Clasp Cloak and try on different chest armor pieces
