Fun idea for a ranged aoe skill of sorts

Yes... that's what flame dot AND 20+ damage on EACH STRIKE means...

 

However, in relation to the OP... Yes, that, or something like it, would be awesome. Or, a synchronized raid ability, when (if?) raids ever happen, that causes all ranged attackers in a group to perform a synchronized rapid fire

 

To be fair, it is possible to parse your statement such that it sounds as though you're saying that the +20 damage comes from the flame DOT only.

 

I'm still confused about if you're saying that you get 20+ damage from the ignite weapon dot or you're saying that you get a fire dot in addition to 20+ damage from say corpion poison. If you're getting 20+ damage from just ignite weapon then I'd really like to know how.

 

Sorry, I thought it would be clear enough because I was talking about ignite weapon and poison simultaneously. I can see how it could confuse someone with the way it was worded though.

 

It was specifically ignite weapon + poison to get those results.

 

English can be very ambiguous.

 

American? UK? Australian? Irish? So many English variants to choose from! Are any more or less ambiguous than the others? ;-)
