Furniture constantly disappearing into alternate dimension (Stranger Things?)

So far, have lost 2 rugs and a wall shelf to the Tower (Village) house from the add-on store.

Rugs disappeared through the floor here:

Area: Estgard (Novia_R10_City_Estgard) Loc: (331.9, 85.9, -64.4)

Wall shelf disappeared into the wall either here:

Area: Estgard (Novia_R10_City_Estgard) Loc: (337.8, 85.9, -69.8)

or here:

Area: Estgard (Novia_R10_City_Estgard) Loc: (335.0, 85.9, -71.9)

Not at all interested in seeing if they reappear if I pick up the house. Still searching for some christmas lights to hang to see if I can open a portal to them...

 

We ended up swapping this tower with a different tower, so I hope someone from the dev team went before that occurred. No point now.

 

Did your items return to you upon changing the house?
