Game crashes in Hidden Vale

I am unable to travel on the world map in the Hidden Vale. When I log in the world map loads and I can move my avatar but SOTA crashes within 60 seconds of loading. I have had no problems in other areas, and if I click fast enough I can zone into the city but as soon as I try to leave the scene to go back to the world map SOTA crashes again. It seems like a corrupt zone file, is that possible and can I delete and repair the file?

I fixed the issue by deleting the local content and reinstalling the game.
