Game data path dialog triggered erroneously

Details: When exiting to menu, an improper escape can bring up the game data path, even if nowhere near that menu.

Steps to Reproduce:
hit esc or click options (tried it both ways)
click exit to menu
when the dialog comes up Asking if you are sure, hit the esc key.
You will go back a level and it will open up the game data path dialog instead.
