    • Solace Bridge Outskirts:
The difficulty of the enemies in this scene was lowered by approximately 30% to assist new players starting the game.
    • Blood River Outskirts Polish:
The difficulty of the enemies in this scene was lowered by approximately 30% to assist new players starting the game.
    • Highvale Outskirts:
Finally the difficulty of the enemies in this scene was lowered by approximately 50% to assist new players starting the game.
Could it be arranged, the difficulty of the enemies depends on Adventure lvl (until Adv. lvl 40 - I assume this lvl could be achieved after doing all three paths, may be more?).

Because, if a NEW PLAYER starts with Solace Bridge and decides to play the whole path, and after this the next path, there is no challenge for him. We can't expect, (s)he works on each path parallel ...

Another thing - great, what you have done:
    • Path of Love Polish: (SPOILERS) After finishing the Path of Love, you can now revisit the dungeon of Malice with your friends if you wish and continue to fight the infestation of undead that inhabits it. Also, Sequanna will now discuss Anapa.
    • Path of Courage Polish: (SPOILERS) After finishing the Path of Courage, you can now revisit the Battle Camps of Demig and Ferig—although Demig and Ferig will no longer be there. Also, added more responses and directions to the guards in the battle camps.

Could it be also arranged, the Outskirts difficulty raises after finishing the path?
So it could depend on finishing the path OR Adventure lvl.

It would be very nice - after a whole path is finished, the outskirts would look in another way.
    So after finishing LOVE path:
No more Zombies and Skeletons (well, exception could be the graveyard).
    Also in Solace Bridge!
City will be rebuildt, may be more wild enemies are in, and may be Cultists try to take over Solace Bridge!

Highvale: Monks now living there again and ... may be we can learn martial arts skills (could be something for Episode 2) ...

And each Outskirts could give new quests (also something for Episode 2)

I think what is happening with the initial new character starter zones is that they are a different scene completely from what you get ever afterward. You can't even come back to them with a quest reset.

This would have to be an attribute of the entire scene, and as such you would have to be sorted into a different instance of outskirts from anybody that would be getting the reduced mob difficulty. This wouldn't be a good thing for seeing other people in multiplayer, on either side.

For now the Outskirts (including quests) are the same, equal if entering with a new character or with my "old" character Adv.lvl 90.

    1. As they now did a change with Malice and the Battle Camps, why shouldn't they do this the same way with the Outskirts to give the feeling, the story goes on? ;)

    2. You can't force a new player to do all the outskirts parallel, may be some will do it with Blood River and Highvale, because they are very close.
If a player starts the next path, it will be a "run-through", because the enemies are ranked like a newbie. That's a pity. A new player should receive a feeling of meaningful actions on his path ...

I think you missed my point. Outskirts is a multi-player area, and to make it behave differently depending on your character skills/levels would mean that you couldn't be in the same instance. A monster can't have two different hit point amounts at the same time.

The battle camps (and other scenes) have a "solo-only" variation of the scene specifically to get a single quest done. You don't get to start new quests in there, nor can you return once the quest is complete. Outskirts have multiple quests that you could still not have finished when the "harder" version would apply. In other words, you can't do a "solo-only" mode on the outskirts for a temporarily easier version, which is why they applied it across the board.

It's not that Malice is a new area, malice was phased as a single player area (the part for the quest) and a regular adventure scene. The outskirts don't have that ability, it is a regular adventure only. There isn't a single player phased area that is part of the story line in any of the outskirts. That's why they can't do anything else with them. (Ditto for the camps.)

The request is the same as many other of the threads that are asking for single, non-phased, not part of the sotry line, adventure scenes to be level adjusted.

Thank you for your information :) I wasn't aware of this "fine" difference between Outskirts and Malice/Camps!
