Game freezes and then crashes at login

    3.4 GHz Intel Core i5
    8 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
    Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB

    I haven't been able to load the game on the iMac (above) for months and although playing on the laptop (below) is entirely unsatisfactory it now to crashes on entering the game.

    MacBook Pro. Intel Core i7. 2.6 GHz
    Processors: 1. Cores: 4. L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB
    L3 Cache: 6 MB. Memory: 16 GB
