Gear - Pattern from salvaging peasant items

    From time to time there's a peasant clothing merchant selling those related items you can find after clearing a random encounter on the world map.

    Sadly those items don't give any pattern, and we'rent in the last 70 list. Could you please add them to the list?
    Also could you please add as well the lootable "miner helmet with goggles"?

    FYI that item already has a chance to give a pattern when salvaging it, but given how extremely rare that drops, it probably should be set to always drop a pattern. Hopefully they can change that as well.
