Gem specific enchantments not appearing during crafting.

    Just created several life gem enchanted crossbows without any life enchantments coming up. Created 4 bows and after a fourth enchantment, only two enchantments were even available. Additionally, if a stat enchantment - like intelligence - is applied; no other intelligence stat enchantments come up. If you apply a +1, no +2 or +3 enchantments are possible for that stat.
