    Details: Ornate Public Cache Chest Not Yet Placeable in POT (outside lots that is)
    Steps to Reproduce: Try to place geocache chest on flat area in POT outside lot.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 8.1 (6.3.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8) System RAM: 16329
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX TITAN GPU RAM: 6042
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.325.Date.02.19.16
    Area: POT_island_metropolis_01_template
    Loc: (436.1, 77.1, -360.7)
