Glitch and Freezing - Overland Map and In-Scene

I believe I saw this in R30 Bug thread but I missed any resolution to the issue. Figured I would post it again.

While I am on the overland map, my screen freezes every two or so seconds and then my view jumps around the screen if I was moving my mouse. Happens if I am standing still or if I am moving around the map.

While I am in a scene the glitch and freeze happens more ad-hoc.

It is quite annoying and hard to play through especially while in combat.

Yes, this has been already reported/discussed in a R30 thread. Unfortunately there was no solution at the time. One Dev (i forgot who it was, sorry) answered in this particular thread claiming that there will be a fix in R31 at the earliest. Maybe it did not make it in and will be released later.

Btw. the problem occurs on my computer exactly as you described. I see the freezes on the overland map consistently every 2 or 3 seconds. Not so evenly in scenes but also very frequently.

I really hope there will be a fix. It's annoying and makes combat very difficult
