GM Mining Swift Gathering No Speed Increase

    Windows 10 leveled swift gathering mining from 80 to 100 level. No decrease in gathering time detected with my stopwatch. 800,000 crafting experience burn. Possible calculation problem for no return on swing speed with the pickaxe?
