GM Thief Pickpocket a joke

I can use it every 1 min 10 seconds. I guess nothing will be changed if you don't post in the official feedback section. My notion over the change many months ago has been adamant. My stand on never pick pocketing again is over and now I am ready to go ham on changing this.

PS Give @Kinkara a reason to come back @Atos Rivenwood . He was a lively and loved Avatar who was forced out of the game with one simple, not knowing it was coming, patch.
