This would be a different take on the 'public cache chest' with more functionality, which would allow players to deposit items such as resources, gold currency, gold crowns, gear, event or player created quest items, etc into a 'master loot chest' inside of a player owned town.

This master loot chest, or Governor's Treasure Chest as I'm calling it, would then distribute the loot inside of it's chest into randomly located treasure chests throughout the POT. The Governor or Stewards would be able to activate and deactivate the function of the chest, which would be useful for player events.

To make this concept better - the game would need to allow the Governor's Treasure Chest to distribute loot into dynamically spawning treasure chests throughout the POT, and also into statically placed treasure chests that have been placed by the Governor or Stewards.

A NPC Warehouse building might also be created for the storage of this chest, etc. Ideally it would be nice if this master loot chest supported more than 300 items. The governor could set the permissions of the chest similar to a public cache chest so that anyone can make deposits to the chest or add restrictions to it, etc.

Also, it might be useful if the Governor's Treasure Chest had some logic so you could configure how many chests can be obtained by one player in a given time.
