Title: Grand Holiday Party 2017 Cloak Issues
Reproduction Rate: 100% for missing cloth, 10% for "glitching out"

Details: The cloth portion of this cloak is missing, leaving it looking like a bright neon-green boa. If the player happens to be wearing epic plate armor, the cloak also starting glitching, creating white areas on the screen with a black center. This "glitching" effect appears to have become more difficult to reproduce but not impossible with the latest patch.

Steps to Reproduce:

1) Wear Epic Plate Armor
2) Put on the Grand Holiday Party 2017 Cloak
3) Observe: No cloth portion of the cloak is visible.
4) Run around, zoom in and out, etc. Player action.
5) Observe: Visual Queues appear with white sections of the screen with a black spot in the center.
6) If you have two or more avatars, the other avatars can also see this "glitching" effect.
