Grand Master Apprentice not reasserting when toggled from maintain.

    Title: Grand Master Apprentice not reasserting when toggled from maintain.
    Reproduction Rate:Undetermined. Expected easy to reproduce.
    Blocker? No.
    Details:If in party with a Grandmaster of Mining and you toggle to maintain to harvest gems and then toggle back, the apprentice training mode does not reassert itself.
    Steps to Reproduce: Be not a grandmaster in mining, be in a party with a grandmaster of mining to get the apprentice training benefit. Harvest a few nodes to assert the benefit. Toggle mining to maintain. Harevst a few nodes. Toggle mining back to train. Note that the grandmaster appentice training does not reappear as a status icon.
