Details: The marksman shown below was bugged. He would not attack me and I could not attack him. while fighting the mob, i think he was attacking me, but then rubber-banded back and then was stuck. I was unable to open either gate after i entered this area. Not sure if you have to kill all the bandits for the gait to open (which I could not do since the marksman was bugged). I /stuck, then left the zone, and re-enter and than ran to this area again. This time the marksman was not bugged, I killed him and then was able to pass through the gate. So, maybe it was just a one-time bug?
