Graphics issue with Airs Embrace spell

    I made an alt character and after using airs embrace he is seeing a tornado shape appear around the avatar. This shape comes and goes regularly. When I dismiss airs embrace, the problem goes away. When I recast airs embrace on myself, the problem reappears.
