Graphics: static lines on screen in West Ravenswood river area

    Details: I go to W Ravenswood often at night to harvest Black Pearl. Every time, there are static-like lines on my screen (that are very visible at nighttime), but only when I am in the stream. If I leave the stream the lines don't appear any more. It is hard to get a screenshot because the lines move, but you can see them in the screenshot below along the shoreline. They are not reflections in the water - they look like my graphic card is acting up, but oddly enough it happens only in this one location.
