    Thank you for reporting. It's currently expected for there to be an occasional bug with dynamically placed lots not fully clearing terrain objects (grass/trees) perfectly upon placement. We intend to produce tools to allow scene owners to clear a lot of this themselves in the near future. It's currently a known issue.
