Title: Grass that will grow through pavers

    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Blocker? No

    Details:
I always had this problem with static lots in NPC towns. It seems that the "clear radius" of the lots where not properly calculated, and it happens that in a lot of them, the static grass will grow inside the lot, causing visual glitches.

This is especially problematic for paved lots, since we want to give a more "modern" touch to the terrain. I wandered around and saw many lots suffering from this problem in numerous forms, with some having grass surpassing the limits from the sides, or from the back or front.

My home is in front and sides (like seen bellow).

Another example for a nearby home...

NPC Towns need another visit, or just an adjust in the algorithm to funcion as a POT lot, auto-clearing the grass whenever a paver or a lot is placed.
