Grasslands Template - Banker, Crier, and Boat

Every time I see my poor Banker and Town Crier standing out in the rain, I pity them.



Would it be possible to give them a bit of shelter? Maybe a table, and a couple of chairs?

Secondly, I appreciate having the Boat as an exit in the center of town... I do, though, have a couple of small requests. Please furl the sail, and pull it along side one of the docks, rather than having it out in the open waterway.
