    • Reconfigured the office coffee machine.
    This was long due !!!!

    Will improve the game by N square as dev will have more efficient coffee !!!

    Give a raise to the guy who did that.

    Why did this take a release to fix. Don't they need their coffee! How long was production slowed because of this!

    Instead of an Executive Assistant we need a Barista. (just kidding an Executive Assistant would be a great help to everyone)

    Here I was about to go on a hunt for the coffee machine in SotA world. The Castle in Central Brittany was going to be my first stop. The kobolds are electro-mechanical wizards, I tell you.

    Someone noticed it and notified someone else, but was told to follow Process and submit a JIRA ticket. JIRA was assigned to an initial investigation/triage team, which confirmed it is indeed an issue. Then after awhile the stakeholders reviewed the JIRAs and prioritized the coffee machine as top priority-- but only for next sprint, not the current one! The next sprint the devs do the trivial work of reconfiguring the coffee machine and then notify the QA team that it's ready to be tested. QA eventually gets to it and confirms it's fixed. QA notifies release management that the JIRA is ready for release. Documentation is generated certifying the fix, release notes are made, sprint is ended, and the change finally gets pushed to production.
