Group members name plate for zone/randon encounter

    Reproduction Rate: Unknown, but 2 for 2 when noticed
    Player name banners in a group. The banner when entering a random encounter does not appear on world map, and when entered into Crag Foothills, my nameplate showed to be floating about 4 character heights above Etceter.
