    Loc: (-53.0, 38.1, -21.9)

    says guard then when asking his name you get Joseph Sepp. however backing out and looking at his name above his head he loses his guard tag. could be intentional as he does say the rumors of him getting fired by falling asleep at post is greatly exaggerated

    This is by design. Most NPCs will not include their profession with their names once interacted with.
