Guard Torches not connected to any audio slider

    1. Title:Guard Torches not connected to any audio slider
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker?
    4. Details: The torches that Guards carry are not linked to any of the audio sliders. With all sliders at 0 you still hear the flame sound at 100%.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Find a guard at night that is holding a torch, stand next to them, turn all audio sliders to 0.
