Had to reinstall today because client would not patch.

Ok, so as the subject says, I had to reinstall... I play in offline mode mostly. How do I continue playing my previous character?

I figured perhaps creating a new offline character, then saving would allow me to select one of the other saves, but the game is not seeing the other character.
