Hallowed Plains - Rend attacks Catapult

    Title: Hallowed Plains - Rend attacks Catapult
    Reproduction Rate:
    Blocker? No
    Details: I attacked a skeleton that was near the catapult at the location below. I used rend on the skelton. It had no effect on the skelton, but it was damaging the catapult, as hown in the combat log. Of course, since the catapult can't normally be attacked, there wasn't any real damage being done to the catapult, just an entry in the chat window and the logs. If you aren't fighting anything, you can't use Rend, or any other attack, on the catapult.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Head to the location below.
    2. Fight a mob near the catapult.
    3. Use rend.
    4. Check the chat window for damage entries to the catapult.

    some catapults can be damaged (eg forrest siege with bow from some positions but it isn't destroyed when reaching zero
