Hamstring bonus's broken for 1 hand sword, rend enchants

    Title: 1 Hand sword rend enchants do not apply duration or damage to the Hamstring combo.
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Use duel wield enchanted swords with duration and damage rend buffs.
    Steps to Reproduce: Use em
    User Specs:Windows 10
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 16345
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4058
    SotA.EarlyAccess.LIVE.Win.64.685.Date.10.30.17

    Makes enchants for rend useless on all 1 hand swords when applying the hamstring combo.


    I would also investigate the combo Blade saw, i would assume its the same issue of no bonus from rend enchant. May be relevant to check into 2 hand rend enchants too for both combos.
