Harvest Pumpkin Patch not properly set up as harvestable objects

    Title: Harvest Pumpkin Patch not properly set up as harvestable objects

    Details:
    • The pumpkins in the field in Harvest are not set up as harvestable crops, instead they are set as deco items.
    • For comparison, the pumpkins in Solace Bridge are set up as harvestable items
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Go to below mentioned locations
    2. Observe when you hover the mouse over the pumpkins that you do not receive the "Harvest" tooltip and icon.
    3. Observe that when you double click the object, you simply pick it up, rather than initiate a Foraging operation.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2700K CPU @ 3.50GHz (8) System RAM: 8110
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 GPU RAM: 4007
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.404.Date.10.18.16
