Harvested resource nodes, exploded barrels etc replay their 'harvested' VFX

    Title: Harvested resource nodes, exploded barrels etc replay their 'harvested' VFX when approaching

    Details:The rubble from ore nodes, white particles from cotton bushes, explosions from explosive barrels etc all re-play clientside when approaching each time. This will even play for things like un-generated ore-node locations in a fresh overworld encounter, so seeing the original vfx play isn't a requirement, just entering range of a 'disabled/harvested' node/item is.
    (Issue also happened in R53; When I first started playing, I kept mistaking rockslides and sparkling cotton bushes as harvestable nodes regenerating which caused a lot of confusion)

    Steps to Reproduce:Harvest or find an empty cotton bush. Walk away until it pops out, then slowly walk back towards it. At some point (shortly after popping in for me, one step forwards from where I did /bug), it will re-play it's white 'just harvested' particle effects every time you cross that distance.
    Same steps for exploded barrels, ore nodes, etc etc.
