Harvesting Copper or Iron Ore Node

Title: Harvesting Ore Node at Location Below.

Details: Harvested Ore Node, not sure whether Copper or Iron at the Node location Below. Stated I succeeded with pick Axe in my hand but never let me claim the ore. Node stayed there but could not be mined again. When I hit Z to reequip my armor I had two swords and one Pickaxe in my hand. One sword and one Pickaxr in my right hand. I could un-equip and reequip but on the second try, game crashed.

I did the same ore spot again and instead of game crashing my Sword of the Baheer in my off hand was gone. Not on my body or in my backpack. Logging in and out brought it back. Pick Axe apparently was put away and it just left my off hand spot blank,
