Having problems with two quests in Highvale Outskirts

    I am having an issue with two questions in Highvale Outskirts.. Both are similar issues..

    The first one I am supposed to talk to the armor merchant Gilbert, how do I "speak" to him? I can buy and sell to him but I see no option to find out about armor upgrades from him as the journal says.. thus the entry always stays in my quest list.

    The second one, I am supposed to talk to the blacksmith and give him some golem ore to fix a helm of courage.. But when I try to talk to the blacksmith, same thing.. no option to 'talk' to him.. just buy and sell stuff.

    Am I doing something wrong? Or what am I missing? I did get the ore and I did kill that blue kolold.

    If you go to the options menu you will see a 'never talk to merchants' box,untick that and you should be ok.;)
