    Details: Healing debuff affects health potion effectiveness. Had healing debuff on which is fine because I don't cast heal. Potions are less effective and don't heal as much as stated on the potion tooltip.
    Steps to Reproduce: Get a healing debuff applied via puncture or festering and then use a potion. Heals like 40 instead of 150-250.
