Healing Touch Interrupted 100%

Title: Healing Touch Interrupted 100%

Details: When low health one can cast healing ray then healing touch admittedly following and it will be interrupted 100% of the time until you get part 65% health. Healing touch level 37, and healing ray is level 25.

I am not able to reproduce this at all, @Madmon. Wherever I have tried, I'm not getting interrupted on my healing touch. Where specifically is this happening? What is hitting you, and how much damage are the mobs doing? Some screenshots of this with the combat log open would be most helpful. There have been a lot of changes to the math that calculates interruptions, so it's possible that you are taking a lot of damage per hit, or have a low tranquility skill that's coming into play here. Please give me more information so that we can reproduce this issue. Thanks so much!

 

Zone is South Midmaer Way, and it is happening after/out of combat when very low health, and no mobs around or being attacked. I will post combat log shortly when i get back to QA.

 

I had healing touch fail due to interrupted with nothing attacking me or around me. It was a few days ago and can not recall where but just seemed odd. I will keep an eye out for it again.

The one is a know issue, but if it's something specifically to do with your HP at the time of casting, or the order in which the spells are cast, then this is another bug that we should find steps to reproduce.

 

I experienced this today too, everything around me was dead and I was completely out of combat. Hit HT to top of my health and it failed a couple of times.

So I said "failed" here...it was interrupted. Incorrect verbiage (I shouldn't post right before bed)
