Healing Touch is not working while PVP flagged...

    ...at least on me...I cast but it does not work...

    ...now not working...it heals my pet but not me...

    ....it is the summoning...if I have it I can not healing touch on me...^^

    ....if I'm in party I can not healing touch me no matter what...I will heal my party member even if very very far away...and he can not heal me...

    even without pet or without being in part, while flagged pvp, if I cast healing touch I can not heal myself....it targets other people...even way far away from me...
