Health, Focus, and Buff bars

Yeap, would be nice to have full customization of our screen, but I'd settle for re-sizing and moving of the health, focus and buff bars, for now. I'm old, eyesight ain't what it used to be. Combine that with my eyes jumping from the very small buff icons to the action bar.

We can take that basic idea a step or two further. Break the buff bar away from the health/focus bars. Remove my name from the bars, I know who I am. Let me split the action bar, 1-5 and 6-0 so I can pull them apart, then drop my health/focus in the center space, and my buff bar above that.

I believe customization is coming, so I'm not gonna make alot of noise about it. The devs are old gamers themselves so they know how much we like to play with "stuff".
