Heat system

    Was Fantastic! but recent patch has slowed stacking and doesn't have the same exciting feel - please revert back.
    also noticed a huge reduction in damage done on 5 stacking, requires more testing.

    Actually, no change was made. The speed of stacking is based on the cast time of the skill! Longer cast times = longer stack times. Only thing that changed in the most recent patch was a fix so you couldn't charge 2 skills at once, one with the keyboard and one with the mouse.

    I personally feel that the stack time is a bit too long.

    Try using ice arrow please and tell me if it's reflecting cast time to stacking - it was a lot quicker before the refiner patches on QA. I will do some more tests tonight after I finish work

    @Chris
    Rapid Fire and Multi Shot both have the same execution time (1 second) but it takes a full 2 seconds more to charge up Rapid Fire.

    Sorry @Chris I originally tested the heat system when QA first came up and it seemed a lot faster - around the same speed of powering a non-auto attack to full. I did some testing tonight and although some spells with a 1 second cast time seem slower than others, there is no way for me to time it, so I will take your word for it.

    I would like it to seem a little faster stacking these though :)

    Why Heat system is slowing your auto attack speed? so what is the meaning of physical attack speed passive skills on dual wield users? this is a huge disadventage.Auto attack speed must
    Independent of heat system...
