Heavy Armor Specialization - no bonus to Body Slam

    Details: Body Slam does not appear to have any bonuses with Heavy Armor Specialization. As a melee character, I use this *constantly* to close with a mob at range and provide some stun (and damage mitigation because frankly, Heavy Armor doesn't seem to do much damage mitigation).

    Steps to Reproduce: Load game. Open skills. Goto Heavy Armor, hover Body Slam.
